I have worked with those struggling with anxiety and depression for over 5 years. I pull from an eclectic approach with skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and an orientation aligned with Internal Family Systems, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am Level 1 Trained in Internal Family Systems.
I believe in the power of connection, humor, and compassion. I believe that as humans, we generally try the best we can in our circumstances, and sometimes just need a little nudge towards a different perspective to find the answers within ourselves – and I am happy to be that nudge for you.
