I hold a bachelor's degree in Public Health (formerly Health Science) with a minor in Gerontology. With over 7 years of dedicated service in the nonprofit sector, I have worked in both Social Work Aide and Administrative assistant roles. I've handled case management and organized all-inclusive care services for program participants. I also enhanced participants' quality of life by encouraging them to participate in conversations and various activities, supporting them through every phase—from independent living to transitional care and end-of-life care. I am dedicated to community service because I believe empathy and compassion can create positive change.
Personal life/hobbies
Outside work, I enjoy traveling, spending quality time with my dog and family, making floral arrangements, and singing karaoke. Lately, I've been getting into baking as a new hobby—it's a fun mix of art and science. It's really satisfying to see how things turn out in the oven and make delicious treats.

I believe in the power of connection, humor, and compassion. I believe that as humans, we generally try the best we can in our circumstances, and sometimes just need a little nudge towards a different perspective to find the answers within ourselves – and I am happy to be that nudge for you. I'd love to hear your story, and I am so proud of you already.
