There are many types of grief and loss. We have grief movement classes that are good for any kind of grief and loss. Psychotherapy mostly focuses on difficult thoughts and feelings related to the death or anticipated passing of someone or our own, such as anticipatory grief, normal grief, and complicated grief. Each individual has their own way of grieving and coping. Grief is a process and journey; I am here to walk with you.
