My name is Diep Le, MA, MSW. As a Vietnamese-American first (or 1.5) generation immigrant, refugee, parent, and educator, I am dedicated to providing a collaborative space where you can express your needs and wishes, be your authentic self, and share your unique story–where you are believed and believed in.
I am a fully trained and published practitioner of FT (Flash Technique), an intervention that can be used on its own or in conjunction with EMDR, to reduce the distress associated with traumatic memories, images, and phobias. In addition, I draw upon my personal and professional experience with EMDR, radical therapy, narrative therapy, ACT, and IFS.
My style has been described as curious, down-to-earth, sincere, candid, playful, and nonjudgmental. I support people of all ages, from diverse backgrounds, identities, and faiths. I am conversational in Vietnamese and Japanese but conduct therapy mainly in English via telehealth in California. I have openings now.
